Decided to dig out the old GameCube and give it a go. Still have the moves been ages since I last played it still great games after all theses years S.T.A.R.S. lol good times.

What was the one in the house that had a bit where the dog jumped through a window at you? Shittenin!

Gawd I remember countless hours playing the original on PS1, such an atmospheric game especially for back then. My mates would all be stoned while playing it loved the fact nothing would happen for just long enough for you to become complacent and then bang! a freakin dog would smash though a window it would scare the shitter out of us.

@x-pack thats Resident Evil 1 think will give the remake ago soon. @walkie yep Nemesis one scary mother f*cker when your 11 lol.

I played through Veronica X which was amazing up to the point where I thought I had it nailed. Game comes to an end and you fly off into the sunset ...only for the plane to crash land and 'boom!' you're on a whole new level with dog things chasing you in a lab or something. Normally that would be quite exciting but this was a ****ing long game and I was ready for the end of it by then.

Agree with you on Code Veronica X one hard game many time the controller thrown down, shouting and swearing and pissed off.

Lol, this made me think about Return to Castlewolvenstien for the first Xbox. I loved the story mode but like 30 levels in I was glad to see the end. 8)

Games aren't like that anymore. Not the ones I play anyway. Castlevania Symphony of Darkness, while a brilliant game, went on a bit. You played through the castle (****ing massive) and then it switched to a mirror image. So you had to play through the same castle but upside down! Mental game :)
