Hi mate. It's a toy toni, not factory sealed. You can actually see the iron marks on the card in your first picture. Think that £130 is a bit optimistic in all honesty as, good look with your sale but if I were you I'd market it as a toy toni reseal.

I sold one of the non double stem type figures. I got £36 plus p and p for mine on ebay. I sold it with full disclosure. I think mr palitoy just sold one that graded 90 for around £100 quid. If you check his thread on his sales there is a link to his ebay sales.
Another victim of this situation to add to the list. Good luck with the moc if you do sell it.
