Hmmm I wonder if eBay would give a ****, all the power is with the buyer :evil: what did he say? If he is happy with the item, you refunded on postage then in theory he should have no gripe and therefore eBay should uphold your complaint but I just have no faith in them.

I hope they prove me wrong if not then see if he is selling anything and neg him back, if he has blocked you find a willing friend to do it
