Rancor valuation please?

Just got hold of this and wondered if anyone knows if it originally came with the plastic tightening cables? I'm sure they weren't invented back in the day but the rancor seems to be secured to the inserts with 1. Also, whats it worth folks? I forked out £20.

Looks in reasonable condition. You could probably double your money. Maybe a little more.
Dont think the cable ties is original (i may be wrong)
