Hi,

I have an original Chewbacca who seems to be some sort of production error - he has always had his legs on backwards! Is this worth anything?

Thanks,
Waz

Yes he will be worth something to someone!
might not be much though... maybe you could post some pictures for everyone to take a look

I have an 8D8 with two right arms (so one looks backwards)- Chris sent me it for free for my focus (many thanks!) and the first thing my brother in law said was "surely these things can be faked" lol

Errors are out there in good numbers, the most sought after error figures are the ones missing paint apps but you have to be careful these aren't stripped. I had one MOC that I sold and I got a premium and more than I paid for it but not insane money (20 quid more than I paid I think)

Some people pay a bit more for errors than others but the amount of people that find them interesting or want one for a focus isn't huge.

From what I've seen miscards are the only errors that sell for decent money. I got a good price for a General Madine on ROTJ Chewbacca card a few years ago, much more than either figure would have sold for on the correct cardback. In fact I wish I hadn't sold it! It really was one of a kind.

Unless he's travelled from one side of the country to the other overnight they're not the same person.

i do collect mis-cards, in the Action force world you do get a fair few from palitoy who seem not to of cared what they put where, do you see many with star wars?

Yeah, there seems to be a lot of trilogo miss-cards. Many were intentional. I can't say i've seen too many non trilogo miss-cards tho.
