Does anyone know any good price sticker removal techniques?

Has anyone used Lighter Fluid, Nail Polish remover or White Spirit to remove stickers and does it work without damaging the card?

If you can lift a corner of a sticker with tweezers then a hairdryer on low heat will often allow it to slowly peel back. Wax polish is also very good if you soak the sticker in it and it gets rid of the sticky residue without damaging the card :D

I f you do not have an equivalent to goo-gone, then lighter fluid does work, just takes alot more work.

How much lighter fluid do you use? Do you saturate the label annd leave?

Lighter fluid must be used sparingly. I would first lightly saturate the tip of a clean cloth and lightly dap it on the price label, just enough to dampen the label. Then using your fingernail slowly begin to lift the label. You may have to dapen the label a few more time in this process. I still beleive you may be able to at least find orange oil available in you area, this works 100% better and works much quicker. Or you could light on fire as jabba metioned, but then you may be considered a toyjacker...
