PP question

I purchased a SW item from a chap via PP

I've opened a not as described case but PP are asking for a URL to the item - there isn't one.

What's the best move here???

You can send them any correspondence like emails and pictures attached.

Presumably they just want to see what you thought you were buying compared to what you actually got. Any evidence is good evidence, particularly if that's all you've got.
