I've seen one - it was in the online store run by Tracey Hamilton on RS.

It was flagged as sold when I saw but I think they kept it on their inventory to showcase it.

I don't have a link or pictures and can't even rememeber the name of the store :?

I'll try to find some more info over the weekend.

it does but cant be sure as the book is up stairs and i cant be arsed to check(cause i work hard).will fetch it down tomorrow and check it.
