Hi guys been asked to post to netherlands 5 moc tracked and signed would be in star cases so quite big, any ideas on best to use and how much it may cost?? Insured for 250

Probs best with royal mail / parcel force tbh. Will be easier to claim if a problem than with any of the couriers.

I sent a package to Canada about a year back, approx 1kg fully insured etc for £450 and cost about £42.

I sent three to the Netherlands two weeks ago via Royal Mail international signed and Tracked was a shade under £14 if I remember correctly - insured to £150. It was the same price for 3 as it was for 1 !

I'd recommend going into a decent post office and buying a box that fits all 5 and lots of bubble wrap.

Good luck

As above: PF or RM. Having had problems with both in the past, I found ParcelForce a LOT more helpful when something went astray. They were able to get details of where the parcel was last seen and provide all sorts of details. Royal Mail shrug and point you back to their website which usually provides scant detail. Bloody hopeless in fairness.

It's all about weight. RM/PF are best under 2kg. Over 2kg, they are way more expensive than couriers. So basically make sure your package is under 2kg.
