Poch or Not Poch?...That is the question!

Picked this up on the evilBay for peanuts. Took a punt on it in case it was a Poch. If it isn't then at least I've picked up a spare Bespin Blaster and my son can have another vintage SW figure to play with.

So, my question to you guys, is this a Poch or not.

What's the story with these thingies then? I have one of these (no paint on boots or hips - just the cream colour painted on centre part of leg).

Well as mine has got paint on the tops of the thighs it look like mine isn't a Poch. But as I only paid a couple of quid for it as a bit of a punt I'm not too fussed and it came with a nice little Bespin blaster which I needed anyway.
