Phantasy Star ?

Do any of you remember the Phantasy Star games for SEGA ? Is it just me but out the 4 games I still think the best one was the first one. What do you think ?

I think too much changed from no. 1 to no. 2 game a 1000 years out in the future no Alis, Myau, Odin and Noah. The map and the worlds changed too much. I think it got a little better again in no. 3 and 4. But no. 1 is for me the best one.

I have read that there is a remake for playstation 2, have any of tried the remake and is it good ?

It's on my list of games I want to pick up and play! I love RPG'S, retro games and sci-fi so it sounds like it would tick all of my boxes. Haven't looked to see how much a copy would go on ebay but I do keep an eye out for it whenever I hit a game shop.

Well £50 + - a complete vintage game goes for on ebay.

I can only say it is a great game and it took me many years to finish the game.

I never had this game but I had a Master System and remember seeing this in magazines etc. Looks like a good game. I think my favourite MS game was Asterix

I also have Asterix, that is also a great game for the Sega Master, but it have been years since I last played that game

Another great game I played a lot for Sega Master was Golden Axe Warrior, fantastic game 8)
