ive noticed on paypal when u go to send cash to someone...

u can choose PERSONAL and send money as a gift.... with some people you are sending the cash to, they will not have to pay any paypal charges!

strangley ive tried to another person and this wasnt the case - maybe because they have business accounts? who knows but with these you will be given the choice to make them take the charges OR front the paypal charges yourself
