Hey guys I made a payment through PayPal, and the items haven't turned up, I didn't send it as a gift but I can't for the hell of me understand how to get the money back through PayPal, can somebody advise me how to do it plz

click on the transaction. You may then have to click on switch to classic site. at the bottom there's a click here to resolve option.
