I was going to say you didnt click it did you... if it was from a regular member i might have done but dont fancy any viruses on my comp

Don't click it. It tries to install a codec.exe which could have god knows what in it and then throws you into a tight loop of popups where the only choice button is to install. I had to use task manager to kill my firefox and restart with a fresh session to get rid of it.
