Palitoy AT-AT Commander 45 Back (Reseal????)

Hey everyone. Just wondered if a few of you could cast your eyes over this one for me. As you can see its a Palitoy AT-AT Commander on a 45 Back card. Just notsure as to whether its a Re-seal or whether its just coming away from the card. :|

I find some of these Palitoy's very difficult to judge. I hope the pics help.

Any help would be very much appreciated as always!

Looks like superglue residue. I cant 100% say from the pictures, but if it has a white cloudy appearance and what appears to be adhesive residue I would say it is a reseal.
