Palitoy 20 back Power Droid

I have a C9.5 Palitoy 20 back Power Droid and was wondering what the current valuation
would be for this.
I haven't seen any for sale recently and have owned mine for over 12 years so have not got a clue on price.
Any advice / help would be welcome.

Probably the hardest 20 bk to find in decent condition,due to the oversize bubble. When I was collecting a number of years back the best example I could find was an afa 75, and I remember what I let that go for.
Today's prices £1k+ in my opinion

The bubble is large and a little soft to touch which is why it's difficult to obtain ding free.
The example i own is mint and i was lucky to obtain this early in my pursuit of the set of 20.
infact it was the first 20 back i owned.
