Palitoy 12back-A Chewie

Hi. What sort of price would you expect a MOC Palitoy 12-a back Chewie to go for? If you assume c7 or better..

Appreciate something's worth what someone will pay... But where would you draw the line of reasonableness?

Hi Steve,

A mint one went around December last year for 5K (ungraded) and an AFA 75 went for just over 3.5K in April this year so I think you're looking around the 3-3.5K mark. It's really going to depend on the day if it's an auction and maybe the two big spending collectors have their Chewie now so the price might drop a bit (I can't quite see that though somehow!).

Thanks. I figured around that level. Other than the VC jawa, my searching seems to indicate that this is one of the more expensive/hard to come by 12backs..

I'm half way to collecting the first 12 and would love to get one if anyone knows of one for sale.. (Or any other 12 back for that matter!)

you say you're after a 12a Chewie, is it def just the 12a you're after or like most Palitoy collectors would either a 12a or 12b be sufficient :?:
