OT Just had my Paypal account hacked

Well it never rains it frigging pours. Some low life has used my paypal account to take a small amount out of my bank. Luckily its only £4.50 and £12.40. The fear is they may just have been doing those two as a trial run and are "going for gold" in the near future.

I have changed my email and paypal passwords, but I cant understand how the **** they obtained my passwords? I am the only person who knows it. Paypal have now locked my account pending an investigation. It couldnt have come at much worse time as there is an item I really, really want to buy!!!!

I had a bad one last year, my business card was cloned. Spread over two days and seven transactions they withdrew just over twenty five thousand pounds from our account My mum thought I had gone on a spending spree, that would have been fun :lol:

Holy **** Ed, bad news. My card got cloned a couple of years back and they took £5, then £500 and when they tried £5k, it got rejected. Scumbags. If you need help on that item we texted about, give us a shout. I can probably pp it my end and sort it after or something. I dunno, Id hate for you to miss out on it though.

Cheers Lee, its a horrible feeling isnt it? The business one was the worst, I had a sinking feeling that I hadnt felt for years (the last time was when I got caught doing something naughty at school!!!)

Ouch, my old paypal account was hacked once, but paypal apparently caught the purps right away, so no actual loss on my end,
changed my password, closed the account and made a new one.

What I can say is this, July 12th marks the date when I was nearly killed back in 2010 and my life changed almost beyond all recongnition.

However my life now is far better than it ever was before it all happened. Things can be real **** at time, but hang in there and they often get better than you could imagine.

And it nothing else, when it's that ****, things can't get much worse!! :wink:

Its a pretty terrifying thing to watch your hotmail account receive emails from paypal saying

"You sent a payment"

Pete I have no idea how they managed it. Paypal were predictably unhelpful. All they said is they will investigate it. :roll:

However my life now is far better than it ever was before it all happened. Things can be real **** at time, but hang in there and they often get better than you could imagine.

Wow dude, I didn't realise it has been two years already mate.

I really can't complain with my situation, some of it was my fault and really I have a great life things are looking up... Ignoring the fraud :lol:

Bud- if it will make you feel better- in the last 24 hours I have had a run in with 2 seperate trannys. The first one lost their mind because I call her 'sir', the second one, whom was the size (and shape of Andre the Giant) went nuts on me because I didn't know that 'blunkt?' was German for power steering fluid. I ****ing give up. The only **** I ever get is off trannies. I don't know what the **** I've done or why they are so aggressive towards me. To be honest, I'd prefer to spend a night in a cell with 5 angry bikers than in flower Center with a dyke. :?
