One of a kind Jawa at £35k??

still the zero feedback bidder winning though, this will stop people bidding as it looks like a shill account, i think it will go unsold.

i would block zero feedback bidders if possible.

I think you also have to look at it from a different angle. Perhaps the potential buyer with zero feedback has never previously been on eBay and was left with no option but to set up an account in order to bid on it? I guess people who know the seller can vouch for his integrity.

Looking forward to the 60 second countdown :)

If they were that much of a devoted fan to offer £10k+ they would use a forum and get a better deal rather than battle it out.

any 0 feedback bidder is most likely to bean arse just wanting mess around, or a shill bid / mate bidding it up. on a piece like this its not going to be your everyday toy fan.

or maybe its a double negative buyer creating a new account to stop people bidding it so he wins it cheap lol.

either way i'd rather take 10k off my mortgage lol

Yep, some fair points made there.

Well I guess if this bidder wins and it's shill bidding the seller will find it tough to convince people the deal fell through when it goes back up, not the sort of piece to slip under the radar either.

Only 1hr40 to go!... middle of the night for most of you guys but a good thing about living in NZ means I can see te countdown. I won't drink too much beer or I may end up tempted myself at the end

I watched the count down here live in the UK and was very disappointed. Only 4 bids, and no where near the asking price :(

But it sold so presumably the seller will have to honour the sale or possibly be exposed as a shill bidder? Sure I read somewhere that an offer of 28 grand has previously been rejected?

It was but there could have been a good reason for that... who knows. If it was a genuine offer / buyer then the gamble to put it on auction hasn't paid off, and by a few £k at that :o

Well I was justified by staying in bed, sorry to all those in the UK who woke early to watch that

I assume the time was set to get better publicity in America but hasn't proved very successful. And a zero rated winning bidder, I hope it doesn't come back on the market.
