So far I've held off from getting a "next-gen" console - the PS3 is still going strong... But SW Battlefront might change that. It looks pretty good, but very scripted considering it's the multiplayer they were showing off.

EDIT- looks like there's a Horde mode and a "Battles" mode where you just team up with friends and shoot each other

Haha it looks awesome. Will prob be bundled with a console for those who don't have one already.

Can think of some cool content, Death Star space battle etc but even better, an Endor battle. Just think, playing Imperial and killing Ewoks! It's what these consoles were made for!

Wow that looks bloody amazing!! I've only just bought an X-Box 360 in the last few months, that's how behind on technology I've become and that was only so I could play the original SW battlefront. 8) 8)

This will certainly make me look at purchasing an up to date console.

Never done much online gaming but battling out with you boys sounds pretty good fun.

So I'm going to treat myself to a new console, right now I'm 50 50 and happily have either PS4 or Xbox one so it will probably cone down to what format is most popular on here - **** I've just realised that I'll be begging my wife for a new console by saying " I've got to get one, everyone else on the forum has got one, I'm the only one that doesn't have one, please, please" :lol:
