My training has suffered due to work. :x
At the moment I'm having to cram all of my sessions into Sunday, Monday and any other day I get a chance to go.
Sundays is chest and legs, Monday is back and triceps and then the other one is shoulders and biceps but I can always do that one at home if I can't get to the gym.
Hopefully in a few months I will get back into a proper routine.
