mine is to lose a little bit of weight , not a fat **** or anything just put on a stone since i stopped smoking :) and stopped playing football (****ed up knee) :(
 
same here not down to smoking though just been to busy to get to gym,and been eating junk all christmas ,there is a gym at hotel were going to so gonna go there every day and get back in to it.
then gonna beast it up for summer
 
Mine's also to spend more time in the gym.

I'll be 32 next month and I'm determined to be in the best shape of my life by this time next year. 8)

Had to have a lump removed from my back.

It was done under local, but I was not fully numb when the doctor started cutting!!!! :twisted:

No, but maybe I should have.

most possibly more concerned over the fact that after the stitches were taken out, the wound was torn open and got infected. That meant an even longer period without training. :evil:

cant be any worse than the polish plumbers.... yyyeeeesssss of coarse they are all corgi registered .. dont supress them or you'll be for it :p
 
how is everyone doing ,i started my training for real monday,lost 2 pounds in 3 days,gonna start chucking some proper weights around when my gym mate gets back off holiday
