NOW CLOSED Art Sale for Mr Sith - time to give a little back guys

Hi all

It is with great pleasure I bring you this opportunity to help out a fellow member & backbone of the forum, as a lot of you may know, Michael Smith is what you would call totally selfless & it always on hand to pick up a fellow SWFUKer when they are down on their luck, I have seen countless post of thank for his work, work which may I add he will never take one red cent for in payment or trades, I myself have been the recipient of a number of his great pieces of art which I am delighted with.

I am hoping we can all club together in an effort to show Mike just how well respected he & his art are here on the forum, though he would be the first to discount these notions, it has taken me a great deal of time & much congealing to encourage Mike to do some pieces for me to put up to raise some funds for his collection, as I have long said he should be making a few bucks off what he does, something I am sure most of you will agree with.

Like so many of us Mike is on a budget, a tight budget at that & I would love to see this sale of some of his great pieces of art help rustle up some funds to not only complete his grail focus (12 figure stand & first 12 figures complete) but to also give him a little extra to start on a new collecting goal/focus.

I have the following 17 pictures available, 2 great canvases & 15 on paper.

What I propose is we start a little bid on them & they go to the highest offer for each piece, with all paper pictures starting at a minimal 10GBP & canvases starting at 25GBP which I think is quite a low sum considering the work that has gone into these pieces.

There is also one more canvas in the works which I will add when I have it in hand, suffice to say it's IMO something a little special.

I will number each piece, so what I propose is if you have an interest in a piece & would like to throw an offer in on it, you post with which number picture (1 to 17) & put in a price you'd be happy to pay for it alongside, obviously you can start at the start price, but don't be shy to offer a little more if you feel it is fair to do so.

All prices will be exclusive of fees & postage, but I will be posting these all these out myself & they will be well packed for their journey.

I will then use all the funds to go shopping for Mike & hope you guys will also help in that endeavour to make the most of any funds we can gather together for him & make it a happy christmas in terms of SW gifts =)

Let's see if we can't make this work folks.

I see I am already outbid on the fett canvas, you have good taste indianawars, if I were going for 2 they would be the ones, IMO the GG is very very good superb detail 8)

Sorry Frank... Their fantastic, but so are all the others Mike is a wonderful guy and I'm only too happy to help him out.
