No COO Fett - Repainted or just badly painted?

I bought this at the weekend, it looked good in the photos but now it's here in the flesh the paint doesn't seem quite right to me. I've never had a no COO in hand before so don't really have a reference and am hoping someone can either allay my fears or confirm the worst.

Any help would be very much appreciated and if further pics are required please let me know.

This first shots shows what almost looks like a brush mark top left hand corner of the green chestplate, its quite textured

The wrist looks a different yellow to the shoulder and the overspill of the darker blue on the back doesn't look right as well as the red/brown on the other wrist against the brown of the belt. The wrist is also 2 different shades

I've seen a few of the tri logo Fett's with an over paint of application, very sloppy indeed :!:

Nothing to worry about there sir, as Mumbo states, common on the tri-logos, have one myself like that.

Yes the yellow 'bleeding' is annoyingly common in tri fetts.
