Nikto on Walrus Man card

Hi I have this figure of Nikto still in packaging but he is on a Walrus Man card.
Packaging is in top condition.
Can someone tell me if this a worth anything and if o approx value?

Its probably worth a couple thousand. It was worth several thousand 10 years ago so with todays prices its worth a lot.

It’s possible it’s a “sample “ and not a miscard, hopefully someone on the forum will be able confirm ?

Good question... sometimes they use hand cut bubbles but the one you’ve got looks like a production bubble, I believe some have been found with hand cut card back but again yours look like a production card back. Some contain a prototype figure that differs from a production figure but I can’t tell any difference from the picture . What sways me to think it could be a pre production sample is that the card back is a 48 back which would have contained a Star Wars or empire strikes back figure and yours has a return of the Jedi figure so it could of been used to sample the new jedi line of figures ?

There’s some really knowledgeable members on this forum that hopefully will be able to give you a definite answer on if it’s a pre production or not.

There are a few of these about - they are thought to be bubble tests and most seem to have originated from Australia - any idea where yours came from ?

The top of the bubble is often dented from the inside due to his horns - however presuming yours is fully sealed with no cracks the. I’d imagine you are looking at least at £3500 for this one and it could probably go higher (one last year appeared to sell for $4995 AUD on Facebook)

From what I have read these are preproduction or salesman samples. It hard to find anymore details. Would someone have an apron. value to this please. Interested what TDM77 did with his figure.
