No wonder I love this forum, brilliant suggestions Iain and cc4ru. I had an instance where eBay would not let seller mark the items down , so I paid substantially high through usual eBay-paypal route and the seller made a partial refund as promised. I had no recourse but seller delivered...hey!

So far haven't had a really bad experience amongst SW collecting community but you never know.....

A misunderstanding that could have gotten quite upsetting for both of you resolved by a bit of good old community spirit.

Returned the first figure to Marc today. Thanks guys for helping Marc and myself resolve this.
