I thought I'd share with you my no expenses spared, childhood Star Wars figures collecting case. Who needs an expensive Vader and 3PO case, when a cleaned out grout tub will suffice!!!???
I'm also sure you'll be impressed with my 9 year old grasp of spelling and armour swapping figures.

This reminds me of my two Ice Cream tubs I kept my figures in. One tub was for baddies and the other for goodies.

Very cool you still have yours! 8)

The majority of my loose run were kept in here. It still has that fantastic fresh plastic smell too.

Love it Simon. Shows care anď attention from an early age...destined for a future review and rewarding to see on SWF!
Great nostalgic share!

That's cool, thanks for sharing!

I think all my family's SW figures were kept in a large round emulsion paint tub with the metal handle, it was also full of Lego and M.U.S.C.L.E. figures and the odd random trading card.

All I saw when I looked at it was Arnold doing this, just without the muscles  ...

That's very cool, I remember some of my friends kept their collection in those large ice cream tubs. I think mine all just went in a cardboard box!

I think most of us did Edd. It's strange but I can't bare to get rid of it. It reminds me of my now deceased Dad and all those memories that come with that. I wonder how kids of today will look back on their childhoods? Perhaps we're a one off generation that want to keep those memories alive? Apologies for getting a bit deep
