The main teaser has dropped now if anyone is interested, I'm on the fence, not going to get over excited, I have a feeling it will be good but could be so much better.

My thoughts an all.
I hated the original movie with Courtney Cox. What the **** is a "Guildar" and why did he need to be created.
That trailer annoyed me, he had pronouns in his name thing on desk, it looks like Man at arms has been turned into a black guy cos heaven forbid you have a movie with an all white cast and it looks like Tee-la might now be a "strong white female" in a South Park style.

Can we not just have **** the way it was made without changing everything to suit or include every group in society.
The woke thing gets really really annoying when it's forced into EVERY SINGLE ******* THING Hollywood makes.

Maul does look good, although I'm a bit cartooned out with Star Wars. Grogu and Mando film comes out the week before MOTU so will be an interesting couple of weeks.

I will be watching this for what it is…A new MOTU film with characters to recognise and a dash of nostalgia

The World moves on whether we like it or not, sometimes just have to work with what you can and see past things we may or may not agree with

In the end it's a film and a slice of nostalgia

Yes I thought He/Him was making fun of Woke. Casting Idris Elba as Man-At-Arms is annoying in a way, I mean will Lando ever be cast as a white person? But then again does it really matter, as long as Idris nails it.

I think Travis Knight did a great job with Bumblebee and Mattel/Amazon made Barbie more than just a film.

Whatever happens I'll be doing my best to enjoy it and in 10 years time hopefully it will hold up to a film I will still want to watch.

Watched this with the family this weekend and enjoyed it

For me it stayed true to the original He Man cartoon series, and some great nods in there to other films, characters were good, as said this was He man cartoon but real actors, couple of great moments in it for me for nostalgic reasons, if your looking for a blockbuster then forget it, but it was never going to be, but if you liked the original He Man series then you won't be disappointed.

Really enjoyed it will def rewatch when it streams

Glad you enjoyed it Michael, I watched it on Friday and was planning on going again tonight. My first thoughts on it was that it was ok. But over the weekend it just annoyed me more every time I thought about it.

Biggest issues for me are the Earth scenes, why even go to Earth? The comedy is to often and cringe, it's literally as if everyone involved thought there was no point what so ever taking it seriously in any way.

Where was the main theme music????

Doesn't seem that anyone can make a dissent Science fiction/fantasy film at the moment.

The entire film is spent developing He-Man's character while moving the plot painfully towards him facing Skeletor.

40 years to come up with a plot that is Skeletor has taken over Eternia and He-Man is the only hope.

The franchise deserves much better.

Skeletor was ok, I didn't go tonight and my local Cinema is 2 for 1 on a Monday night. I seem to be in the minority when it comes to the fans of the film.

I guess if you starve people long enough you can feed them mouldy bread and make them content.
