working on this house round corner (new build)and its mint .builder says he will do me a part ex .i was just wondering if you get the full price of your house when you part ex.

You get what ever price is decided between you and your builder mate.

I'd guess you'd work that out by getting some estate agents round to value it. Once you've decided on a value, you can exchange.

I imagine that you wouldnt get full market value for your house, otherwise they wouldnt make any money out of the deal.

or he could look at it as he gets his money back then just waits on getting the profit
