just been talking to the agent ....!!!! i cant beleive what he told me, he will get in the **** if his boss found out....


the odin court house (Ã'£174,950), well the sellers are waiting to move abroard and would drop to Ã'£165,000 maybe less to get out as they been waiting a while due to the last estate agents going bust (there now beening sold through another agent)........if i like it iam going to put in an offer of Ã'£160,000 just to ****in make them squrm !!! :twisted: :lol:

sort of ...theres only me and the wife but we do plan to have a kid, then i need an office (to put my computer etc) then i need a guest bedroom (double) as all my family live in sunderland so i need somewhere for them to stay when they visit....
