Mint Luke Jedi complete with blue sabre

Got one of these on an opened card by chance - looks absolutely immaculate (palace blaster and light sabre still taped inside bubble). Any idea of its value? Card is a 77 back and might be Canadian Kenner as it has French descriptions on the back.

No idea myself but I guess people giving advice need to know if snap cape or stitched?

Cool blue saber is much rarer than green. Not too sure on value. Sorry.
