Yeah i was thinking of selling it. The problem is is this book seems completely unavailable and i only got one valuation which i wasn't that comfortable going with. It's an item i love owning but given that i am turning my room into a part office space i've had to clear out a lot of stuff so this was something i considered may have to go. But if i did sell it i'd want a good price for it to help with the sleepless nights after it's gone.
I searched every ebay i could think of for listings and completed listing to get some idea of what it may be worth now given it's apparent rarity and could find nothing. I think i'm gonna wait till i see another one come up for sale to see if it's worth me selling it. If they go for £40 quid i don't think i'll bother but i have a hunch one of these could now fetch more than double that.

June you can contact the author directly here - http://meccano2trilogo.com/ He may still have some reprints (the original only sold out last year or the year before..six years after it was published - food for thought for anyone wanting to publish a book!)

Stephane is a good guy though and if he has some copies/reprints available he will get one out to you.

Nah signed copy's were on sale for 400 SWK so just over £40 quid mate

I got a signed one from Stephane about 6 weeks ago. I contacted him on the email address in Joe's post. I can't remember exactly but I think it was between £30 - £40 shipped to the UK.
He said he had a few copies left but that was around November/ December time.
