They let the local rugby club have a bonfire and fireworks display RIGHT beside the motorway! :roll:

Dunno if you lot (on the mainland) need licenses for that sort of thing (we do over here), but surely if you do, someone must have thought that possibly NOT putting the bonfire right beside one of the busiest motorways in England might have been a condition!? :roll:
