Looking to sell a collection of 45 Kenner Star Wars figures

Hi there,

I'm looking to sell a collection of Kenner 3' 3/4 Star Wars figures and stumbled upon this forum when researching any potential value they may have. In total I have 45 figures but unfortunately don't have any of the accessories that go with them. I'm aware that this significantly affects their value but thought I'd still post to see if anyone was interested in buying them as I'd rather they went to a collector or proper fan than sit in a charity shop or worse!

Having looked through a couple of posts previously it seems that there are always photo requests so I'm going to post all the images I have of them just now (sorry if this is a faux pas and normally done through email! - first time poster here).

The majority of the figures are in good condition but some are very much showing their age which should be clear from these pictures -

Hi there

I am afraid to say that you have nothing of any great value there - at best most of the figures are worth £1-£2 and some are probably worth less than that.

There may well be someone on here that would be interested in them but my gut feeling is that you best course of action would be to list them as a lot on ebay - it is likely you will get between £45-£60 for the whole lot

Hi,

On your ebay auction items are discribed as: "THE MAJORITY OF THE LOT ARE IN GOOD CONDITION WITH ONE OR TWO THAT ARE BATTLE DAMAGED"

This is not so. They are known as 'Beaters' which means they are in poor- well played condition.

I would be pissed if i won that auction expecting 'GOOD CONDITION'.

Maulster is right with the description, the PhotoBucket link should cover you though.

I have had a little bid on this lot, probably not enough to win it. Always nice to have some beaters to beat up on just in case Maulster brings his Ewoks over for a war!
I don't think I will limelight them though.

I thought it was a fair enough description to be honest. I think the majority of them are in good condition and I did state that there were a few that were not. Given that they're all loose and lacking accessories I think it's clear it's not the most high end collection. I also provided photos of all of them and said if anyone had queries they could contact me directly so I'm hardly trying to deceive anyone.

Thanks for the input though, i'll consider revising the listing.
