Last of the pics for now.

Will post figures and small die cast ships once I draw up a list (and hopefully find missing figures in son's room)

Merged all your threads together, from now on please add any other posts/pics/info to this single thread.

You can attach a maximum of 3 pictures per post if you use the attach method but you can reply to each post and keep adding in three's instead of opening a new thread each time :)

Good luck with the sales (oh - Prices would be very beneficial to you and buyers..)

Where are the prices? Am i missing something? :?

I think they are free.... Hence all the pms sent

That would be an ace forum rule- no price means free to a good home!

It was my understanding that member had to attach a price to items for sale. I must be wrong as there are several sales at the moment without prices. Personally i prefer a member to state a price. I've never once made an offer on an item without a price.

Yeah I agree, another forum I frequent has the stupid policy where sales threads don't require prices..... Meaning you have to message the seller to ask for prices. It's a right pain in the arse and 9 times out of 10 a total waste of time.

Yeah GPK forum i'm on has the same thing and members always state "pm and tell me what this item is worth to you" in other words, "i know how much i want but hopefully you'll offer a lot more". I don't like it.

It is a bit of an unofficial rule as far as SWF is concerned, regular members very rarely list anything without prices as they know what they want for their items and are able to price their stuff easier than newbies.

Personally I don't mind being a bit relaxed on the make an offer type sale (especially if the item is hard to price) BUT there is no denying that a price list is beneficial to everyone involved.

As such, to the thread starter - Please can you have a think on your prices for these items and get them listed, if you haven't responded to this within a few days you may have your thread removed/locked until you are able to do so.

Thanks!

I was sure i remember a member being asked to attach a price to their sale before with the threat of the sale being removed. I'm sure it was Emiel.

Yeah I think it's definitely not cool if people turn up shoving pictures up our noses without prices but at the end of the day people will still jump in and work out deals.

I don't think Edd has ever officially said prices have to be stated here but obviously most of us do price things.

I am all for shutting down/deleting threads like this from newer members expecting to sell their items without a price list but I honestly don't remember there ever being a "without a price list your thread will be deleted" rule anywhere on SWF. (Like I said- not saying I think it's cool to not list one, there just isn't officially a rule one way or the other with regard to prices, it's just more convenient for everyone when prices are listed)

I think that you're being pretty harsh talking about deleting the thread - I think the seller genuinely has no idea what some of these items are worth and was asked by a lot of people to post up pictures

I can always move this to the valuations section then if he isn't actually selling?

It's in the Sales section so I just assumed this was a sale lol!

Thanks to jedi master for sorting into one thread.

This is my first and most likely last involvement in this area, i promise!

I should have posted this into valuation first as i had no idea what to charge. Will post prices by tomorrow evening and see how it goes.

Not my intention to waste your time, but I'm making a good job of it so far
