Limited edition Darth Vader from ROTJ

Does anyone know how much a limited edition talking Vader from Return of the Jedi would be worth? I've done a Google search and every Darth Vader except this one comes up. The helmets also signed by David Prowse
He speaks 4 phrases from the film and has 2 light sabre sounds, igniting and battling

I found this one on eBay sold listings (always a good place to look) which went for £21 - though it's brand new/unopened.

I think this is the same one. I had one of these and struggled to sell it.

I'm not sure what impact David Prowse's autograph would have. I'm guessing it would add something - maybe whatever the current going rate for his autograph is, though might need to be proven to be an authentic one. People can be fussy about having items signed and in many cases it is considered to lower the value.
