Last 17

Hi guys i'm after a 'rough' valuation on the Last 17 set,well actually only 5 of them as I have 12 of them already...

It'll be 'Loose Figures' valuations i'm wanting but as good condition as possible...

I'm looking into eventually buying the 5 remaining ones to complete my Last 17 set but i'm not really clued up on what price I should be looking at (ball park figure)....

The figures I need are...

1...Barada
2...Lando Calrissian (General Pilot)
3...Warok
4...Imperial Gunner
5...Amanaman

All need to have the relevent capes,weapons etc...

There are a few of the said figures on Ebay at the time of me writing this post but like I say i'm not really sure weather the prices reflect 'reasonable ones' or with it being Ebay 'over priced ones'...also with Ebay there is a chance that weapons etc...could be snidy repros and thats something that I don't want....

I no the saying goes, "An item is only worth what the buyer is willing to pay"...but I don't want to be shelling out say £80 for something thats realistically £50-£60

Ps...sorry to be a pain guys but you dudes know your onions with prices etc...and i'm an inexperienced fick twat when it comes to pricing :wink:

H mate, imo I would expect you to pay around this
Barada £60-65
Lando £65-70
warok £45-50
Imperial gunner £65-70
Amanaman £75-80

Obviously that pricing is assuming they are in good condition with original weapons, I have seen the weapons go for nearly as much as the figure on occasions, I suppose it just depends who wants it at the time.

I think I agree with Poncho's valuations. Some POTF is skyrocketing (R2 :shock: ), but others, including these 5, are somewhat stagnant or only slightly going up.

High graded would of course be more.

As for ebay, ignore the "current" auctions page, and look at the "completed" page. Look at the ones that actually sold, knock off the top price or two for the ding dongs with money but no brains, and you'll probably have a decent number.

I have been looking at past auctions regarding the figures I want and the valuations stated above seem to more or less 'mirror ' the prices that they have sold for...

Bloody typical though innit,the figures I need to complete are the most expensive :roll: (just wished I'd kept on collecting the rest when I were a young kid bitd )

Also in the early 90's I were collecting TV related Dinky toys and went to many toy fairs ,the NEC,Doncaster racecourse,Donnington etc...and there was Starwars everywhere for no where near the prices that they are know (blue Snaggletooth £80,Yak Face £65 just two prices off the top of my head) and they were plentiful as well)

Isn't hindsight a lovely thing :lol:

if the 5 your looking for on your opening post are all you need, looks like you've got the killer priced ones (Yak,R2 Pop up, Luke Stormie) so not too bad

Yeh the 5 I have mentioned above are missing from my Last 17 set,I do have the other 12 from my childhood (saying that I did win an Amanaman off Ebay Sunday eve) so that only leaves the four remaining ones to source when cash allows
