Klaatu rotj Palitoy with waffle pattern

Hi, newbie here, bought a Klaatu Palitoy rotj moc and it has a waffle pattern around bubble. I always thought that the waffle patterns were for Kenner only. Is this a normal thing to see a Rotj Palitoy card with waffle pattern. The card in question is a 65 back. Cheers

Palitoy can have a waffle seal or a slick seal
