Same pics at the end of this post...

I have been looking at some of the limelights on here and there are some great displays and collections. I have never collected MOC figures as they would push up the price of my habit to much, so here are my loose figures, been collecting these since a bit before Celebration Europe. Had them all out recently on a repro weapons inspection so i thought I would grab a picture or two, one day I will get round to getting them out of the bags and posing them for photos with accessories.

They may not be rare, exclusive or highly sort after but they are all mine (and this time my wicked step mother can't give them all away to her friends son  ) )

Been buzzing since I got back from FF3 so I thought I would post some pics I took a while ago.

These are my boxed vehicles, got them out to re-wrap them up and check missing parts etc. I have a few more vehicles but they are not boxed (and Mumbo has claim on them too) so they are for another shoot.

I was hoping someone could fill me in with the Palitoy X-wing and wether I have the right model to go with the box, I remember a long time ago in my day's of naivety choosing my best condition X-wing to go with the box. What should I look for to check my X-wing matches its box?

Look out for the Vintage Space Lego figures (courtesy of Browny and his rounds of free stuff, cheers mate). Jr Jr snuck them into the shoot, and decide that ATAT Commander should demonstrate all the vehicles too...

All wrapped up and back into the cupboard. :D

Thanks for looking...

Hi mate

That is a cracking looking loose collection there - reckon you are giving Tim a run for his money

Are the multiples different variants ?

Thanks itfcian (whos Tim?).

Couple of variants, only accidental though. I have been meaning to look into them but its gonna lead to another avenue of collecting. I plan on a Walrus Man focus one day, but I need a complete loose set and a display spot first.

I will try to get my vehicles up next week.

Hi Junior Chubb. Great collection you've got going on there mate. It's the same with me about being told to put them away! My mrs wants my figures out of the cabinets and a load of photos putting in there! :D

Thanks Lee

Your lucky they are seeing the light of day, at the moment mine are back in the cupboard :(

Once I have a complete set of figures I should get some display space set up.

Hey Junior great looking figures there mate, is you original walrus man in with that lot?

Im just like you mate and my babies are in shoe boxes stashed in the spare room, will deffo have mine on display at some point this year though, just need to get a decent cabinet :)

Any reason why you keep your weapons and accessories separate from the figures?

Thats a cool collection Junior (im the Tim Iain was talking about)

Your collection is far more organised than mine and you have some minty figures in there :D

Thanks Tundra :D

Hi Crazy, the original Walrus man is in there (out of his bag), you can spot his Death Star Commander arm. The weapons and accessories are seperate at the moment as I have been having a bit of an organisation run, repro removal and placing the best weapons etc with the best figures. Having said that though it does feel very organised like this, when I need to display/sell something I just grab the bits I need from different bags.

Hi Tim, my life is a mess but my loosies are from the OCD Legion :D

Thanks all for your comments.

Lovely seeing a great loose collection like that JC.
A Walrus focus would be cool. Always one of my favourites as a kid because he was a real toughie to get hold of, it seemed anyway.

Thanks guys :D

Jackabina, organising is the only bit of fun when they are not on display. But as the collection grows it becomes harder. I have been meaning to photo my vehicles but it means unboxing, unwrapping then more unboxing.

Charlie, Walrus man still is hard to get, he was in Toys R Us for a week (modern vintage collection) then gone!!! I want to hand pick one rather eBay it.
