Excuse the pun....

Just tried to replacing the cape on my loose Squid, Apparanly with a patient, steady pull, the head can be removed and with a little pressure....Well it's snapped off in my hand
Did all squid heads come with the removable style head ?

Yes the neck plug is on the torso and its fits in to the head as apposed to the neck plug being on the head and fitting into the torso cavity. They made this change somewhere along the ESB line so all ROTJ figures are built this way I believe. The heads can be easily removed especially if you warm them up with a little hot water first.
