is this Bootleg Vintage or Modern?

Someone I know just asked me to purchase this for him on eBay.....but I ain't got a clue about bootlegs really.

Can anyone give me a heads-up on this?

Looks good to me but he's missing his snake and cane - but if someone was to chime in that it's a bootleg of a bootleg it wouldn't surprise me.

Saying that I've got two Mexican Yodas and there is quite a bit of variation.
