Hi Guys I'm after a 3po for my moc collection and this one is on eBay, can anyone tell me if it's the real deal or a Toni plz, I'm sorry I can only post the item number as I don't know how to post a eBay link, thanks for your time.

Looks suspicious to me! I think this one is on the list. It doesn't have a waffle seal but apparently some Palitoys do have a smooth seal so that doesn't necessarily mean anything. I have a Chewy and a Vader on this cardback and I was told the Chewy is very likely a Toni but the Vader probably not. I think it's a bit iffy. Wait for others to chime in :!:

I'm sure Jason and a few other's who wrote the guide on how to spot these things will be along sometime to give you an authoritative opinion on this. I'm certainly no authority on it but I wouldn't touch this one with a bargepole. Don't like it at all. I'd say Toni.

When buying on ebay ive started steering away from items with Toni card mentioned in the description, just feels like a bit of a give away.

Yep - that one is very likely to be a Toni - 65D cardback, unpunched, slick seal and no indent of the back - as Tony had the most of these then it is safe to assume that pretty much every 65D card in great shape is likely to be suspicious
