Yes Agger missed the ball and brought him down but as far as I can remember the ball was already behind Saha so he wasn't in control of it and he was falling over anyway. :wink:

You don't have to be in control of the ball for it to be a penalty though, would have been a free kick any where else on the pitch so a penalty for me. (It proved academic anyway).
