Imperial Shuttle Help

Hi, I picked up an Imperial Shuttle some time ago, in quite good condition and complete. However, the battery terminals have corroded and the wing mechanism does not work on one side.

Does anyone have any experience of repairing one?

More importantly, is it even possible to take apart and reassemble to correct these things without ruining it?

Yes it can be pulled apart relatively easily but if anything is broken it is nearly impossible to fix. The electrics are easy, PM me if you want help
