Hello mate, as far as i know, no. It should be fine. I deal in trading cards and this card is sold on ebay a lot. It's quite popular and usually fetches good money. Tho i'd say £35 is a little too high. They regularly sell on ebay.com for about $20-25.
Also, you aught to put the words "Topps" and "1977" in your listing heading. It will help with the sale. Also i'd spell C3PO with an O (the letter) at least in brackets next to the spelling with a Zero. Again, this will help when people try to search for it.
