How can this moc boba grade afa70 no pop damaged bubble??

Hi everybody does anybody know why this boba managed to recieve a grade of AFA70 when the pop has been removed and the bubble is damaged at the bottom as well? AFA70 is supposed to represent excelent isn't it

I thought that but would expect that in the description im still baffled about the card grade of 70 with the pop been removed :?

Last time a saw a graded moc with the pop removed it got a 40 grade for the card
