Jesus Christ I can't believe how prices vary across the country.
I'm moving at the moment (fingers crossed) and we've just bought a semi detatched 3 bedrooom bungalow(no jokes please I'm 32 not 65) for Ã'£175000,and it needs a bit doing to it..
Prices in Buxton are a disgrace though,that last house would cost around Ã'£350-400k around here!

Moved into current house 8 years back when me mates were takin the piss saying'what u gettin a house for with cathy?'
Well they settled down a few years later and paid a fair bit more than we did.

just went to see that one ....they must have use a special lense on that camrea as you cant swing a cat in there..its ****in tiny ..and that back garden is the same..very disapointing..estate agents should be a bit more honest......it was built at the back end of a shittie housing estate .....as i drove in there was a kid sat there on the curb and it looked like the lad of deliverance (with the banjo).....****in no chance..iam going to look at the nice on for Ã'£199,000 in the morning.... :?
