**** am I jealous!
Over here you pay probably double those prices!

Ã'£150,000 wouldn't buy a house ANYWHERE here.
There are mid terrace houses in dodgey estates selling for Ã'£170,000+

you can still buy a house in grimsby (a real **** hole) for Ã'£45,000

WOW  Property prices in the UK are insane!!!!!!!!!! I like all of them, except the third one...not enough yard and looks like too many neighbors close by.

The 3rd one also looks nice if you don't mind updating it and ain't bothered about parking by the looks of it. Very nice Georgian property but listed, which can be a hassle. Could be a good investment property?

I agree though the last one is what I like. No adjoining neighbours, nicely fitted out, plenty of room for expansion and land....so you can have a ride-on lawnmower 8) :D

Those prices are cheap compared to this part of Yorkshire. Similar to that 3rd one would be Ã'£400k

han you could make a fortune on that land ,if your allowed to build on it ,you could get 3 three bedroom houses on there sell them Ã'£100,000 plus or just flog some land.but if you are allowed to build on it the house would proberly be another Ã'£100,000 .
if you do need alot of plastering i would see you right

I doubt he'd be able to do much with the land Jabba as you can't usually build new houses outside of village/town boundaries (I'm a planning consultant). Han check out where it is on Google Maps and have a look at the aerial photo. It looks like theres some kind of very big farm fairly close (chickens?)

cant believe that is only Ã'£200,000 ,it needs a double extension stiking on though so you have another room down stairs and another bedroom/ensuite/office as soon as little hans come it will seem small

I'd love to be a fly on the wall when you tell your missus that you want a certain house because all the guys on the forum thought it was the best. :D
