Hoth stormtrooper made in Macau is figure variant?

Hi, can anybody tell me if this Hoth trooper figure on a trilogo made in Macau card is a variant ? The actual figure itself I mean ?

Id imagine it would be a scarred coo or double scarred. Which is a common for hoth stormies trilogos. So no imo

There is 2 holes on each side of the cape so I am pretty sure it is not a figure with scar on the legs. All figures I have seen with a scar came with a single hole on each side of the cape.

Maybe it has a no coo on the boot as james write :wink:
