Holiday special is 35 years old on Sunday

So I thought I would subject....I mean treat my family to a viewing this weekend since it's its anniversary

Downloaded the full version years ago but I don't think I've ever managed to watch the full thing from start to finish. Is there any love for this "special"?
Obviously the introduction of Boba Fett is the highlight, that and a couple of unused scenes shot for Star Wars but I honestly can't make it through the whole thing in one sitting - think my record is 30 minutes!

Anyone else planning to enjoy it again this weekend - if you do post you're viewing length (Oh matron) to see who can last the longest - my total respect if you can do the full thing

To all those who haven't seen it, keep it that way. Once seen, it can never be forgotten. A Star Wars variety show that makes Noel's house party look classy. The Wookie porn segment is probably the low point. And yes, you read correctly, Wookie porn.

But Leia sings......ok allegedly she's slightly off her tits on coke but Leia sings, that's the treat at the end if you can manage to watch two hours of wookies bumbling about cooking, making models etc.

Hey plus you get to witness Solo totally outwitting a Stormtrooper with a ninja like move that (spoiler) sends him plummeting to his death.
